Math Problem Statement
firstly i have some corrections for you: the original project duration i found was only 23 days. i did this by finding the est and lst of each activity. and i found three critical paths as follows: ABCFHIJ, ABDHIJ, ABEIJ. not sure if all of them are right. so with a 3 day delay, the project would've been extended to 24 days. now do the question i asked
Solution
It seems like you're working on a project scheduling problem related to Critical Path Method (CPM), where you’ve calculated the duration, found the EST (Earliest Start Time) and LST (Latest Start Time), identified the critical paths, and accounted for a delay.
Let me walk through the information provided:
Summary of the Given Data:
-
Project Duration: Originally calculated as 23 days based on EST and LST.
-
Critical Paths Found:
- ABCFHIJ
- ABDHIJ
- ABEIJ
-
Delay: A 3-day delay was mentioned, resulting in an extension to 24 days.
Task Breakdown:
